WARRANTY POLICY
  • We are committed to providing you with absolute peace of mind when shopping. All watches in our store come with a 1-year warranty, ensuring your confidence in using them.
  • In the event that warranty service is required, you only need to pay a one-way shipping fee of $20, and we will cover all return shipping costs after the service is completed.
  • Our warranty applies to technical defects caused by the manufacturer, ensuring your watch is always in optimal condition. To maintain the validity of the warranty, please avoid repairing or modifying the product at unauthorized third parties. This ensures your watch remains fully protected.
  • Beyond the warranty period, if you need repair assistance, we are always ready to help with reasonable repair fees, including round-trip shipping costs and full handling of necessary procedures. Rest assured, we will always be with you throughout your journey with our product!
Warranty Conditions
  • The warranty applies to technical defects caused by the manufacturer.
  • It does not cover issues arising from impact, drops, misuse, water damage, or repairs made at unauthorized centers.
  • The warranty is valid for 1-year from the date of purchase.
  • The watch must be in its original, unaltered condition to be eligible for warranty service.
Warranty Process
  1. Contact and Receive Shipping Label: Once the warranty request is confirmed, we will provide a shipping label for you to use.
  2. Instructions: Properly package the product according to the guidelines and send it via the designated carrier.
  3. Shipping from Your Country to Vietnam: Shipping time: Usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the carrier.
  4. Inspection and Repair: Once the product reaches the warranty center in Vietnam, our technicians will inspect and repair the product. Processing time: 5-7 business days.
  5. Shipping from Vietnam to China and from China to Your Country: Shipping time typically takes 7–14 business days for each leg of the journey.
  6. Total Processing Time: Approximately 30-40 business days, depending on distance and carrier processing.
Important Note:
  • Track your warranty progress: We provide tracking codes so you can monitor your product status throughout the warranty process.
  • To protect your warranty rights, avoid repairs at unauthorized service centers.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We are committed to protecting our customers’ rights and ensuring satisfaction when shopping at our store. Our refund and return policy is designed to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience.

Conditions for Refund or Return:
  1. Manufacturer’s Defect: If the product is defective due to the manufacturer, we will refund the full amount or exchange the product at no additional charge.
  2. Incorrect Delivery: If you receive the wrong product, we will refund the full amount or send the correct product at no extra cost.
  3. Delivery Over 35 Days: If your order takes more than 35 days to arrive, we will refund the full amount or process a return, based on your preference.
  4. Customs Seized Goods: If customs seizes your order, we will refund the money or send a replacement product at no additional charge.
Timeframe for Refund or Return Request:
  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
Refund and Return Process:
  1. Contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide order ID, product images, and a description of the issue.
  3. Package the product for return, and we will provide a free return shipping label.
  4. Once verified, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Conditions for Not Being Eligible for Refund or Return:
  1. Used products or products damaged due to misuse.
  2. Products that are no longer in their original condition (including packaging, tags, or accessories).
  3. Requests made after the 7-day period from the date of receiving the product.
Water Damage:

We cannot warranty damage caused by water because we cannot verify if the watch was used beyond the recommended water resistance level.

To protect your watch, please:

  • Follow the water-resistance guidelines provided in the product description.
  • Avoid wearing the watch in high-humidity or high-pressure environments.
Order Returned Due to Absence of Recipient:

If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, shipping companies typically:

  • Attempt multiple deliveries.
  • Hold the package at a local warehouse for a few weeks to allow you to collect it directly.

If the package is returned to us, we will assist in resending it. However, the shipping cost for the second delivery will be your responsibility.

Note: Please ensure your address and contact information are accurate. You can also track your order using the provided tracking code to proactively arrange delivery.
